...it's not dark yet, but it's gettin' there...
Bravo, Mitt Romney. I've been a critic and a skeptic of his candidacy, but that was really well done. It looked like he got choked up at the end, but that's okay, so did I. I'm a sucker for appeals to our country's great religious heritage.
I know you're not back but you've gotten my RSS reader all happy like...
Now I'm off knocking on wood (my head) for like an hour.
Posted by: Stew on Dec. 6, 2007Welcome back, kiddo!!!
And congrats on the bar! Sweet set of wheels too!
(this comment brought to you by the exclamation point!)
Posted by: Ted on Dec. 7, 2007WTF? You come back, and I don't even get a courtesy notice? WOOHOO! lol, can't wait to pull shelly's tail on this.
Posted by: Casca on Dec. 11, 2007Shelly,
As I am the resident archivist of trivial and useless shit in blogdom, I must inform you that Annika made her "comeback" long ago at 6MB. In fact, she even resurfaced about a week after you stopped posting there.
Posted by: reagan80 on Dec. 11, 2007Guilty as charged.
I got interested in Theo Spark's blog and found 6MB a little draggy.
With Annie back, I can stop sleeping around now.
Posted by: shelly on Dec. 11, 2007Yes, 6mb lacks pacing. It's the sort of thing one expects from a committee.
Posted by: Casca on Dec. 11, 2007Ah, yes, a committee. Similar to the one that set out to design a horse and ended up with a camel.
JUst watched Jay Severin on Imus; he thinks Mitt is the inevidable candidate.
I now admit to being caught between Mitt and Rudy.
Hell, let's face it, I am ABH. I just want whoever can kick her fat ass.
Posted by: shelly on Dec. 12, 2007Annie: I don't care how many billable hours your employers are demanding in return for your ridiculously high starting salary--you can't go almost 2 weeks without a new post. What about our needs? I was so desperate that I watched a video of the UC Davis law school 2007 commencement exercises, trying to guess which law graduate was you.
Posted by: The Kosher Hedgehog on Dec. 18, 2007Good job, Piggely Wiggely.
I was under the impression she went to McGeorge...
Posted by: shelly on Dec. 19, 2007She was the skinny blond with nice shoes.
Posted by: Casca on Dec. 19, 2007McGeorge? Damn!
Posted by: The Kosher Hedgehog on Dec. 19, 2007Welcome back Annie,
I was listening to a book by a Danish woman (it was something about time travel) and thought I wonder what Annika is doing nowadays. Now I know!
Congrat's!
Oh, I love Mitt Romney because he represents his religion (and mine btw) so very well. Tragically I think Rudie is the best choice and has my vote. In the words of Dennis Miller, I want a guy who's #1 goal is to kill bad guys and I don't think Mitt is as committed to that as Rudie is.

Posted by: Drake Steel on Dec. 19, 2007Annie's back! *HUGS*
Countdown until the anencaphelic left blames the Bush Regime...3,2,1....
Posted by: Radical Redneck on Dec. 19, 2007And just to show you I haven't lost it! (NSFW)
Posted by: Radical Redneck on Dec. 19, 2007I don't think Annie's really back. For one thing, she said she wasn't back. I think she posted just to see who was still out here. Or maybe it was just a tease. Or maybe it's an FBI sting to lure stalkers, in which case I'm toast.
Posted by: The Kosher Hedgehog on Dec. 19, 2007I'm thrilled your back, even sort of... but you know, i suspect that you have, somewhere within you, Annie, a huge soft spot for McCain.
Posted by: Hugo Schwyzer on Dec. 21, 2007I kept this site bookmarked and checked it now and then like you might check a vending machine for change. Tonight it paid off. I might stop watching my husband's new high def. t.v. for five minutes if you're back.
Posted by: Joules on Dec. 27, 2007Like others, I have found myself clicking your link (so to speak) searching for any change in the flatline you left us with several months back,
hoping against hope itself that you would again breathe life into this brilliant slice of the blogdom. (especially before the elections)
Whether you're totally back or not, congradulations on passing the bar, and best wishes for a great New Year!
